For app support, pilot questions, community onboarding, safety reports, or account requests, email Radius support.
Common support topics
- Account help: login, password reset, profile updates, or account deletion requests.
- Community access: joining a community, pilot setup, QR codes, or branded onboarding.
- Safety: reporting content, blocking or muting another user, or escalating urgent concerns.
- App issues: feed, Signals, messages, notifications, calendar, location, camera, or photo access.
Safety and moderation
You can report Signals or user behavior in the Radius app where reporting controls are available. For additional help, include the relevant community, Signal, username/handle, and a short description when emailing support.
Response expectations
Radius is currently onboarding selected pilot communities. We review support requests as quickly as practical, with safety and account-access issues prioritized.
